Swiss Bircher Muesli



Prep time: 5 minutes

Set time: overnight


INGREDIENTS (1 PORTION)

50g porridge oats

100ml apple juice

½ apple

Thumbnail of ginger

2 tbsp natural yoghurt

mint leaves


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Simply mix the oats and apple juice with a teaspoonful of grated or finely sliced ginger overnight- the oats will soak up the apple Juice.

  2. In the morning, stir through the grated apple, natural yoghurt and torn mint. Enjoy straight away.
